I started Inland Curry in May of 2017 with the help of my daughter, Mallory. I had spent five months helping my good friend Pete Hicks at Sandpoint Curry in a Hurry and decided to try the same weekly take-out model in Spokane.
Since then, we have offered a rotating menu of Indian (and occasionally Thai) curries every Thursday on Spokane's lower South Hill. We have made a lot of curry and a lot of friends this past year.
Beginning in January of 2018, we began hosting an international dinner series featuring guest cooks from Spokane's refugee and immigrant communities. So far, we have had the privilege of offering Nepali, Afghan, Kenyan, Peruvian, Kurdish, and Jordanian cuisines.
You can find us every Thursday at Westminster Congregational Church, 411 S. Washington St. from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m.
